I joined Thrive as I love the values that we stand and fight for. I wanted to be part of a forward-thinking team, where the wellbeing of each member genuinely matters. Everyone is appreciated and respected as an individual, not a number; We are all totally committed to supporting each other, and to helping the team to grow and develop. The thrive team provide me with the support and flexibility to balance my work life along with my personal life and raising my daughter. At Thrive, you don’t have to make a choice of prioritising your career or your family; you can honestly have it all
Annabelle Oliver
Trainee Solicitor
About:
Annabelle met Jodie in around 2015 and then joined Thrive in October 2018 as a part-time employment law paralegal. She is currently training to be a Solicitor through the Solicitor Apprenticeship route. Before joining Thrive, she completed a 1st class degree in Criminology in Leeds, which is how she heard about Thrive and began working part-time alongside her degree. Thrive has mental health, diversity and inclusion, and flexibility embedded at the heart of everything, all of which are extremely important to Annabelle. In her time outside of work, Annabelle loves to read, climb mountains in the lake district and go charity shop and vintage clothes shopping.
