1. Is the client a regulated professional?
If yes, attach PDF of Companies House print outs (if applicable) and a copy of the register for the firm and the individual and go to Q2. If no, go to Q3.

2. If the client is a regulated professional within a firm, have you identified and verified the ID of the UBO?

Does the stated source of wealth and the sum of money involved correspond with what you know about the client? e.g. age and occupation
