About:

Henry is a 5 year qualified commercial lawyer with experience on a whole host of commercial contracts, having gained exposure to a diverse range of work through both working in-house and in private practice. Alongside working as lawyer, Henry also creates content on social media – where he strives to promote the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and challenges toxic corporate behaviors.

Henry is also a co-founder of a company that helps law firms and organisations utilise the benefits of short-form videos, alongside being a co-founder of a creator community (The Creator Space) created by creators for creators.

• Providing commercial legal support to in-house legal teams
• Reviewing, negotiating and advising on a whole host of commercial contracts including, but not limited to:

• Providing advise on on contractual relationships with third parties, alongside negotiating engagement terms for engagement of a client by third parties

• First class undergraduate LLB
• Distinction LPC
• 5 years PQE
