Emma joined Thrive Law in August 2024 as a Marketing Manager and leads the firm's marketing activities. With 18 years of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, Emma brings a comprehensive skill set to the team, including campaign management, digital strategy, social media management, and organising high-profile events. Her strong data-driven approach combined with creative flair has consistently driven brand growth and enhanced visibility.
Emma is excited about contributing to Thrive Law’s mission of creating positive, inclusive workplace environments and is passionate about the company's core values of diversity, inclusion and wellbeing – principles that align closely with her own.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys getting outdoors for walks and spending time at the coast, she also likes to visit the theatre and try out new restaurants and cuisines.
