I joined Thrive as I love the values that we stand and fight for. I wanted to be part of a forward-thinking team, where the wellbeing of each member genuinely matters. Everyone is appreciated and respected as an individual, not a number; We are all totally committed to supporting each other, and to helping the team to grow and develop. The thrive team provide me with the support and flexibility to balance my work life along with my personal life and raising my daughter. At Thrive, you don’t have to make a choice of prioritising your career or your family; you can honestly have it all

Trainee Solicitor
About:
I’m originally from Leeds, but I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with my Law degree in 2021, although the actual graduation took place in 2022 due to COVID!
I had no idea what kind of Law I wanted to specialise in when I graduated and I discovered Thrive through a friend. The first thing I did was Google them and I saw over 100 5* Google Reviews! I also noticed how Thrive are big on mental health and this is really important to me.
I’m now working as a Paralegal and I absolutely love it. I hope to qualify as a Solicitor in the future and Thrive has really helped me expand my knowledge and develop my skills so I can work towards this goal.
I enjoy doing yoga and I like travelling, even if I’m just visiting different cities for the day. I love going out for food with friends and family, and spending quality time with them.
