We’re delighted to share the Thrive Law Impact Report 2023/24.

This report showcases just a few of our many achievements over the past 12 months, as well wonderful feedback from several of our valued clients.

Our 2023/24 impact includes:

  • 40 five-star Google Reviews for our work across Employment Law, Outsourced HR and Employment Law Support, Training and Consultancy.
  • 350+ free 15-minute consultations with people in need of urgent legal advice.
  • 200+ matters successfully concluded on behalf of clients.
  • 478 hours of work carried out as the Outsourced HR and Employment Law partner of 47 employers across a range of industry sectors.
  • 47 company handbooks reviewed.
  • 1,200+ company policies updated.
  • 50+ training sessions delivered for clients on topics such as ED&I, having difficult conversations, and neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace.
  • 100 hours of training delivered
  • 1,000+ leaders, managers and team members trained at companies all over the world, including Dubai, Hong Kong, the USA, and the Philippines.
  • 50+ hours of pro-bono work carried out.
  • £1,000+ raised for charity, including funds for Smart Works Leeds.
  • Thrive Law won the Employment Law award at the Yorkshire Legal Awards for the third time in a row.
  • Jodie Hill was named Solicitor of the Year, Human Storyteller of the Year and Diversity & Inclusion Leader by three different judging panels and awards organisations.
