The newest members of the Thrive Tribe are here! Welcome Millie Creber and Mark Dugdale.
Millie has joined as Executive Assistant to Founder and Managing Partner Jodie Hill, while Mark is our new Marketing Manager.
Their appointment this summer is a big deal for us. Their support will take us to the next level while freeing up some of the tribe to take on more work and responsibility.
Don’t forget that we are approaching six years in operation—we can’t quite believe that we launched in 2018!
We love providing expert HR and employment law services to employers and employees, and our passion for ED&I, mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity is unparalleled, underpinning our mission to ensure everyone can thrive in the workplace.
Our newest recruits will no doubt help us achieve this mission.
Millie has supported C-suite executives for more than 10 years and will help organise Jodie and the wider tribe, while helping us focus on a growing list of employer and employee clients.
With significant professional experience under her belt, Millie spent the last year realising her dream of travelling around Southeast Asia. She relocated from her home in Surrey to Yorkshire on her return.
For Millie, a particular attraction of the role was the opportunity to work for a business that is making a real difference to others, especially in ED&I, mental health and wellbeing.
Mark is a journalist, copywriter and marketer who has been working in and writing about the legal sector since 2009.
With in-depth experience of journalism focused on the law, as well as many of the sector’s conferences and awards, Mark is uniquely placed to manage and focus our marketing strategy in a way that will support our continued growth.
Mark says he is thrilled to be working for a business that is heavily focused on its people and practices progressive values.
